We believe that it is our duty to share the amazing experiences we have had in our careers with younger generations. We were grateful enough to have many role models and coaches who were able to challenge us and make us who we are today. We want to do the very same thing to the athletes that surround us. Our goal isn’t just to make you the best lacrosse player you can be, it’s to make you the best person you can be. We want to challenge you to get out of your comfort zone, handle adversity, be creative and pioneer the next generation of women’s lacrosse.Sammy Jo Tracy
